Mission Statement To develop, maintain and implement financial
accounting policies and procedures; to protect and optimize the
financial resources of the City; and to provide a sound accounting
system for safeguarding the City’s assets through the recording
and reporting of financial transactions according to mandated laws
and guidelines of Federal law, Ohio Revised Code, Generally Accepted
Accounting Principles (GAAP), and the City of Lebanon’s Codified
Ordinances. The departmental goals are to develop sound fiscal policies,
provide sound fiscal management for the City, maintain reserves
and protect the assets of the Citizens of Lebanon. Our mission is
to sustain this organization’s objectives through professionalism,
honesty and integrity.
